Used to eat here in the 2000's, but started working in a different part of town and lost touch. I ate here for the first time in probably 8 years, and was skeptical. Parking lot was pretty full, and the interior had a nice remodel since I was in last.

I ordered Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio, as I do at every Vietnamese restaurant. I gotta say, I was really impressed. The food was fresh, the portions were large, and most importantly, tasted great!

I see lots of issues here in the reviews, mainly with the service. I've never really had problems here, yes, the owner/cashier is a little gruff or unfriendly, but it shouldn't stop you from eating here. This isn't Applebee's, don't expect a hostess to fawn all over you when you arrive.

Bun no hue had a soapy / detergent smell to it, asked for a new bowl.. same thing. Rude service. Pho was below average, lacking flavor,
    meat and aromatics.

Nothing spectacular. Decor isn't half bad.

Our meals were fresh and flavorful. They have a great variety of dishes and the prices are very reasonable.

Visited this location yesterday & ordered their Bun Bo Hue. They serve it with basil, jalapeños, bean sprout & cilantro. The broth was very flavorful. I got cafe au da (iced coffee). Food & service was good.

A solid 2.5 from me. We wanted Viet food so bad we drove everywhere and all the places were closed. I never liked Saigon from the past but I thought I'd give it another try to see if anything has improved. Plus, my sister and niece loves this place. So I had to see what was to love. The waiter sat us down and took our drink and food order right away... We started off with the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls. Not bad but the sauce was off. My GF ordered the BBH and I ordered the Pho. The pho came out looking very bland. I tasted the broth before adding the other ingredients. Oh I had to add extra fish cause I couldn't taste much. Extra hoisin, extra chili oil, and extra limes. My girlfriend didn't care of the Bun Bo Hue. She also said it was bland. And let's talk about the service. At first it was cool... but the waiter never came back to check on us. I drank all my water within the first 15 of us being there. Luckily my GF didn't drink her water and gave me hers. The waiter was sitting down talking on her phone the whole time. Laughing out loud while other customers were eating... that's not a good look. So yeah, I don't see how this place is my sister and niece's favorite spot. 3 STARS at most...
